Epic Beacon/Beans Senior Analyst

Northwell Health is seeking a dedicated Senior Analyst to join their Epic Beacon/Beans product services and management team. This pivotal role focuses on supporting and enhancing enterprise resource planning, budgeting, data warehousing, and financial reporting products. The objective is to ensure these systems function optimally and maintain high standards of data integrity. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, analyzing and troubleshooting production issues, leading complex projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves implementing and enhancing systems according to software delivery lifecycles and project management methodologies, managing project outcomes, gathering and documenting business requirements, creating technical designs, developing solutions, coordinating test plans, and training end users. Risk identification and mitigation, adherence to policies, and staying current with financial system functionalities and healthcare finance accounting concepts are also key aspects. The analyst will recommend and implement process improvements, operating with limited guidance on moderately complex to complex issues that require in-depth analysis.
