Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain essential tools and fixtures for diverse manufacturing processes within the Greater Noida (Surajpur) region.
- Utilize CAD software, including AutoCAD and MasterCAM, to create precise tool designs.
- Program Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to ensure the production of high-quality components with minimal defects.
- Develop clear and concise work instructions (WIs) for production staff to optimize assembly line efficiency.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to effectively resolve challenges related to mold manufacturing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable role or manufacturing industry.
- Hold a Diploma or a Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Tool Room operations, Tool & Die Making, VMC Programming, and Work NC Programming.
