Experience Level: Mid Level
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or account management, preferably in a brokerage or agency environment
- Strong knowledge of health and benefits regulations and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

- Life & Health resident agents license required
