EDP Executive / DTP Operator

We are seeking skilled EDP Executives / DTP Operators to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, accuracy, and efficiency in document processing and publication work.

Role & responsibilities

• Typing, formatting, and editing academic content (question papers, worksheets, planners, study materials, exam papers, reports).
• Handling mathematical and scientific content using MathType.
• Preparing print-ready files using Corel DRAW, Photoshop, and MS Word.
• Managing academic data in MS Excel.
• Preparing performance reports, consolidated sheets, and data analysis.
• Creating professional PowerPoint presentations for academic and training purposes.
• Designing promotional and academic creatives where required.
• Checking documents for spelling, formatting, and alignment errors.
• Ensuring final output meets institutional and printing standards.

Technical Skills

• MS Word (Advanced formatting, styles, tables, references)
• MathType (Equation typing)
• MS Excel (Formulas, sorting, filtering, basic data handling)
• MS PowerPoint (Professional presentation design)
• Corel DRAW (Figures drawing, Layout design)
• Adobe Photoshop (Basic to Intermediate editing)
• PageMaker (Basic to Intermediate knowledge)

Typing Requirement

• English Typing Speed: Minimum 35 WPM
• Telugu & Hindi typing skills will be given preference

Soft Skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Professional attitude and confidentiality awareness

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is mandatory
• Experience in DTP / publication work will be considered an added advantage
