E-Commerce Content Specialist

Brunswick Corporation, a premier global marine entity, is actively seeking a creative and meticulous E-Commerce Content Specialist in Chicago, IL. This role is pivotal in developing and managing compelling content designed to bolster retail marketing strategies and elevate customer engagement across diverse digital platforms. The specialist will collaborate with brand and channel marketing teams to craft channel-specific briefs for product detail pages (PDPs) and support new product introductions and refreshes. Key responsibilities include ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and retail objectives through cross-functional teamwork, understanding retailer needs, and improving content processes. The role involves managing brand stores on a regular schedule, maintaining an editorial calendar aligned with retail priorities, and monitoring content performance for data-driven optimizations. A strong understanding of Amazon/Walmart content best practices is essential, along with active advocacy for testing new strategies. Support for the launch of PIM and content syndication tools is also required, with prior experience being a significant advantage. Collaboration with a COE Analyst for A/B testing content variations and impact on conversion is expected. The specialist will liaise with channel and sales teams for insights, act as a brand steward for consistency in retail materials, and manage IDQ and content scores with regular reporting.
