Full Job Description

We are seeking a Director of Sales Enablement Platforms to spearhead the development and management of our distribution innovation stack, prominently featuring Salesforce CRM. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to refine processes, deliver comprehensive training, and provide essential support.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather CRM-related requirements, and subsequently designing, implementing, testing, and communicating effective solutions. You will define user stories, features, and epics for development and deployment, alongside creating project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure stakeholder alignment. A strong technical understanding is crucial to translate complex technical issues across different business units into actionable requirements. This role will also involve managing sprint planning and backlog prioritization. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining ongoing internal documentation of Salesforce processes and system configurations as business processes evolve and new features are added. Providing end-user support and guidance on Salesforce best practices to enhance user knowledge and proficiency is paramount. Furthermore, you will deliver training and user support across the entire Sales Enablement ecosystem and foster CRM data quality through validation rules, monitoring KPI dashboards, and ad hoc bulk data processing.
