We are hiring on behalf of a leading AI research organization seeking a Data Scientist (Remote).
Role: Data Scientist (Remote)
Location: 100% Remote (Global)
Compensation: USD 56-77 per hour

This role focuses on building high-performance models, designing experiments, and developing scalable data workflows. You'll work at the intersection of experimentation, modeling, and production analytics to analyze complex datasets, design validation frameworks, and build ML pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large datasets.
• Develop predictive models.
• Design validation strategies.
• Build data workflows.
• Conduct EDA and hypothesis testing.
• Collaborate with engineers.
• Translate findings into recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

• Achievement in competitive data science.
• 3–5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, Polars).
• Experience building ML models end-to-end.
• Understanding of statistical methods.
• Experience with SQL.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Contributions in competitive ML tracks.
• Experience in AI research labs.
• Knowledge of LLMs and multimodal modeling.
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Familiarity with Bayesian modeling.

Engagement Details:
