As a Data Scientist in our AI & Digital Acceleration team, you will be pivotal in shaping how advanced AI and machine learning drive tangible business outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions, encompassing problem framing, data exploration, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build and optimize production-grade models, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement.
• Develop scalable pipelines for data ingestion, feature engineering, and model training.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business challenges into technical solutions with strategic impact.
• Champion best practices in experimentation, reproducibility, and model evaluation.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, incorporating innovations like Generative AI into practical applications.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, facilitating informed decision-making.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Demonstrated success in delivering production-ready AI solutions with measurable business impact.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, Google Cloud AI) and tools such as Databricks, MLflow.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD for ML, model versioning, monitoring, and automation pipelines.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, communicate technical insights effectively, and work cross-functionally.
• A curious learner who thrives in ambiguity, embraces challenges, and continuously seeks improvement.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
