Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer at ATPCO, you will build and optimize data infrastructure, developing scalable data pipelines, managing data storage, and ensuring data platform reliability. You'll work with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver high-quality solutions. This role involves handling large datasets daily, utilizing AWS services. You will design data models, implement real-time streaming architectures, and ensure data security, following Data Mesh principles. Mentoring junior team members and adhering to best practices are also key.

Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Proven data engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of data modeling.
• Extensive SQL experience.
• Knowledge of Data Mesh principles.
• Experience with real-time data streaming architectures using AWS.
• Familiarity with AWS services (Glue, Lambda, EMR, S3, Redshift).
• Understanding of AWS security services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
