AWS Infrastructure Services manages the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS's global infrastructure, including all data centers.
This role supports all AWS data centers, ensuring customers have continual access to innovation. You will be part of a diverse team and will work to provide a safe, secure, and cost-effective cloud for customers.
Amazon is expanding its Data Center management team in India. This position will be the primary operational resource to support ADSIPL within its owned and operated Data Centers in India. The role involves managing Mechanical, Electrical (M&E) aspects across ADSIPL’s Data Centers in India, including event, incident, problem, and change management.
The role also includes relationship management with various teams and vendors. This position requires 24x7 on-call, scheduled weekend support, and rotational shifts. Location to be discussed, but may be in several India locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations and Maintenance
- Incident and Emergency Response
Day in the Life:
- Assist in troubleshooting facility and rack-level events.
- Perform rack installs, decommissioning, and facility management.
- Provide operational readings.
The work schedule changes based on site needs and may include 12-hour shifts.

Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of data center or mission-critical facilities experience.
- Bachelor's degree or High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience.
