- Deep domain expertise in analytics engineering: You write clean, performant SQL, have hands-on experience with tools like dbt, Fivetran, and Metabase or Looker, and have a strong grasp of the fundamentals of data modeling, ETLs, and infrastructure

Join Nourish, a forward-thinking telehealth company committed to revolutionizing health via nutrition and creating an AI-native healthcare system that elevates patient outcomes. As our Data Analytics Lead in New York, NY, you will spearhead the analytics process, developing sophisticated data models and delivering actionable insights to empower strategic decision-making across the organization. You will own the entire analytics workflow, from raw data to insightful dashboards and strategic recommendations, driving growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete analytics stack for critical business functions.
- Partner with stakeholders to proactively identify and lead analyses that address key strategic questions and uncover growth opportunities.
- Design and build intuitive dashboards to facilitate clarity and rapid decision-making for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure data pipelines are accurate, scalable, and maintain a trusted single source of truth.
- Foster a data-first culture by guiding teams in data interpretation and evidence-based decision-making.
- Leverage experimentation data, forecasting, and predictive analysis to shape product and business strategy.
Qualifications:
