AppFolio, a technology leader in the real estate sector, is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. This role is crucial for ensuring the long-term success of our valued clients by acting as a trusted advisor. You will proactively manage a portfolio of clients, understand their unique business objectives, and deliver strategic recommendations to drive product adoption and satisfaction. Your expertise will be key in keeping clients educated and engaged with our evolving product suite, ultimately driving revenue growth and increasing overall satisfaction. This hybrid position requires a strong focus on client retention, including ownership and forecasting of portfolio risk and mitigation strategies. You will be responsible for scheduling and executing custom Executive Business Reviews, developing customer success plans, and managing projects to enhance client outcomes. Collaboration is essential; you will work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with Growth teams to identify expansion opportunities. Representing the Customer Success team at customer-facing events will also be a part of this exciting role.
