This role is pivotal in ensuring every customer enjoys a positive and efficient shopping experience. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer assistance and product recommendations, accurately processing sales transactions at the assigned cash register, safeguarding company assets and cash, maintaining optimal stock levels through effective merchandising and recovery, and efficiently receiving and stocking incoming merchandise according to productivity standards. The ideal candidate will foster a welcoming, secure, and respectful store environment through professional and friendly interactions with customers, colleagues, and management. This position also involves maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the store, including restroom upkeep, floor care, trash removal, and general tidiness. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
