Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer in Pune to design, code, and enhance components across various systems and applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing software solutions tailored to specific business requirements. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to understand needs, developing innovative solutions, ensuring user-friendliness and efficiency, and engaging in problem-solving. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will manage and guide your team, make critical decisions, provide solutions across multiple teams, mentor junior engineers, and analyze application performance for continuous improvement.
