In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems and applications. The role requires you to act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing a team, making critical decisions, and providing solutions to complex problems that may span multiple teams. You will also mentor junior engineers and facilitate regular team meetings to ensure project progress and address any roadblocks. Key responsibilities include leading application design and configuration, acting as the primary point of contact for projects, and ensuring project milestones are met. You will also engage in strategic planning to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring developed applications meet both user and technical requirements.
