About The Role
Project Role: Custom Software Engineer
Project Role Description: Design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team, ensuring that the applications you build are robust and scalable.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Collaborate with and manage the team to perform effectively.
- Responsible for key team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to crucial decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience.
