Custom Software Engineer - Accenture, Gurugram
Accenture is seeking a forward-thinking Custom Software Engineer with an AI-first mindset to join their team in Gurugram. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks to drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation.
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that align with business objectives, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and enhancements to existing applications, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI and application development.
- Collaborate with and manage a team to ensure effective performance.
