Accenture is seeking a forward-thinking Custom Software Engineer with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions. This role involves leveraging Generative and Agentic AI frameworks to drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation in Chennai.
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to support organizational goals. You will actively engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.
- Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
