Job Title: Associate Analyst

The Conflicts sub-function in RMS identifies and addresses potential conflicts of interest for new or existing engagements, assessing internal EY relationships and providing safeguards.

What you will do:

  • Develop understanding of EY Global / local conflict policies.
  • Perform initial review of conflict check submissions.
  • Identify relevant entities and perform analysis.
  • Review findings to identify potential conflicts.
  • Share leading practices and support training material.
  • Ensure prompt escalation whenever required.
  • Prepare conflict safeguards for client teams.
  • Understand firm structure, business strategies and service lines.
  • Deliver on individual and team targets.

Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:

  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Good level of written and verbal communication.
  • Working experience in a Compliance environment (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of MS office.

Qualifications, certifications and education requirements:

  • Post Graduate in MBA Finance/Operations
  • Preferably an International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management or similar
