Full Job Description
Job Title: Associate Analyst
The Conflicts sub-function in RMS identifies and addresses potential conflicts of interest for new or existing engagements, assessing internal EY relationships and providing safeguards.
What you will do:
- Develop understanding of EY Global / local conflict policies.
- Perform initial review of conflict check submissions.
- Identify relevant entities and perform analysis.
- Review findings to identify potential conflicts.
- Share leading practices and support training material.
- Ensure prompt escalation whenever required.
- Prepare conflict safeguards for client teams.
- Understand firm structure, business strategies and service lines.
- Deliver on individual and team targets.
Knowledge, skills and experience requirements:
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Maintain the confidentiality of information.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Good level of written and verbal communication.
- Working experience in a Compliance environment (preferred).
- Working knowledge of MS office.
Qualifications, certifications and education requirements:
- Post Graduate in MBA Finance/Operations
- Preferably an International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management or similar
