JOB TITLE: Communication Designer (Product + Brand)

TYPE: Full-time

LOCATION: Hyderabad

ROLE Own how the product communicates: in-app microcopy, onboarding, alert states, help/info screens, and lightweight content templates. Your job is to make complex safety/trust concepts feel simple, premium, and instantly understandable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Write crisp product microcopy (states, warnings, prompts, error messages)
Design onboarding screens that explain the product in seconds
Create reusable templates (info cards, share cards, short awareness visuals)
Maintain a consistent tone system (do/don’t words, style rules)
Work closely with product/UX to ship fast iterations

REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication design + typography + hierarchy
Strong UX writing (short, clear, high-trust)
Figma proficiency
High taste; avoids clichés; can keep a premium minimal vibe
Speed + iteration mindset

BONUS

Fintech / trust / safety product experience
Multilingual content experience
