J.P. Morgan's Commercial Real Estate (CRE) division is actively seeking an Analyst to join our Real Estate Banking Program in Washington, DC. This role is instrumental in developing bespoke financial solutions for our clients. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough financial modeling, analyzing collateral and market dynamics, and creating compelling marketing materials for client engagements. You will also analyze sponsorship and guarantor details, contribute to credit approval memos and annual reviews, and summarize essential deal metrics for new loan letters of intent. The role involves supporting sales teams with ad-hoc requests, property inspections, and market research, as well as monitoring and managing portfolios. Furthermore, you will gain insights into treasury services specifically designed for commercial real estate and learn the end-to-end sales process using various internal sales tools, while developing a comprehensive understanding of J.P. Morgan's full suite of products and services.
