Mandatory: AWS Opensearch Migration experience is Non negotiable.

Experience: 3-6 years of hands-on experience in AWS OpenSearch Migration from On-prem ELK

• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) with AWS
• Hands on with creation and automation of indexes, visuals, dashboards & alerts
• 3-6 years of experience with Linux
• Strong Experience in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Strong Experience in OpenSearch, Fluent Bit, OTEL collector
• Hands-on experience with migrations to OpenSearch
• Experience working within the GIT Flow model
• Experience dealing and working within the Change Management Process/Model
• Strong Experience in Migration and creation of Alerting and dashboards (ELk, OpenSearch)
• Expertise in log management, Grok patterns, ILM policies, and Query DSL
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda
• Strong understanding of IAM, VPC, and cloud security best practices
• CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub Actions
• Proven leadership in large-scale infrastructure migrations
• Strong communication and cross‑team collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

Good to have:

• Experience working with Nginx for reverse proxying, load balancing, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of WebLogic administration, deployment automation, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SOA concepts, integration patterns, and legacy service modernization.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database performance tuning, query optimization, and availability best practices.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancers
