Chief Manager/Associate Vice President Digital Sales

This role, designed for candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges, focuses on driving digital sales within key vertical segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage digital partnerships from business sourcing to servicing.
• Target FinTech, Online Travel Aggregators, and E-Commerce verticals.
• Focus on Motor, Travel, Extended Warranty, and Accident & Health products.
• Achieve assigned business targets through partnerships.
• Analyze data to identify incremental business opportunities.
• Maintain business hygiene.
• Understand customer needs and ensure product-market fit.
• Explore new opportunities and collaborate with the Business Development team.

Required Skills:

1. Digital partner relationship management.
2. Understanding of General Insurance (GI) products.
3. Experience with tech integration.
4. Strong data analytics skills.
