- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
- General business experience and knowledge of business credit, understanding of core business products and services with understanding of general business practices and how business needs vary by industry/market
- Strong communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
- Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm and recognize an issue or problem and determine when to escalate or handle independently
- Determine and balance priorities on a daily basis to achieve business objectives with demonstrated ability to own problems on clients' behalf and follow through with commitment
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities include acquiring, managing, and retaining 100-130 business clients with annual revenues between $1 - $5 million, offering expert guidance on business deposit and cash management solutions, and managing business credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000. You'll engage directly with clients at their businesses, providing comprehensive and tailored business banking solutions. Leveraging your expertise in business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management, you will identify and promote solutions that align with client needs and portfolio profitability. A key aspect of this role involves proactive relationship development, regular strategy reviews with your manager, and identifying new business clients to establish primary banking relationships. You will also assess the personal financial goals of business clients and collaborate with internal partners across Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to connect clients with specialized services. Furthermore, you will provide leadership support to assigned branches and uphold the firm's commitment to sound risk management protocols and regulatory compliance.
