Key Responsibilities
- Training Across Departments: Rotation through Sales, Business Administration, Operations, and Leadership.
- Sales & Marketing: Learn sales strategies, client relationship management, and marketing.
- Business Administration: Gain experience in finance, HR, and process optimization.
- Leadership Development: Work with senior leaders to understand team management and leadership.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist with data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.

- Unit Management: Manage a business unit after program completion.
- Project Support: Participate in cross-functional projects.
