Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will assess the current state of operations and work towards enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through strategic recommendations and innovative solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation that outlines business processes, requirements, and solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience with process mapping and modeling techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Duck Creek Policy. This position is based in Mumbai. A 15 years full time education is required.
