Full Job Description

CyberRisk Alliance seeks an experienced Attendee Experience Manager to lead its 1:1 Meetings program. This pivotal role focuses on optimizing the attendee journey, ensuring operational efficiency, and elevating participant engagement through strategic program development and technology oversight. Responsibilities include managing the complete attendee lifecycle from recruitment support and onboarding to scheduling and post-event follow-up. The manager will develop scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the program across the CyberRisk Alliance event portfolio, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing to achieve meeting targets and align attendee profiles with sponsor requirements. Key duties involve managing the program's technology stack, including registration platforms, mobile event applications, and specialized matchmaking software like Grip, while ensuring data integrity for accurate scheduling and reporting. The role demands creating and managing effective communication flows to maximize meeting attendance and leading onsite program execution as the primary point of contact for VIP attendees and sponsors. This includes managing help desks, meeting zones, and check-in logistics, acting as the escalation point for scheduling conflicts and technical issues. Performance tracking and reporting on KPIs such as participation, meeting completion, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) are crucial, alongside conducting post-event evaluations for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years in event operations, customer success, or attendee management, with a strong preference for experience in 'Hosted Buyer' or '1:1 Matchmaking' programs. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) and event management software (Cvent, Swapcard, Grip) is required, along with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new platforms.
