Responsibilities:
- To assist with the development of all Fujitsu processes and procedures to ensure they are fully compliant to National legislation, regulations, and standards, ISO45001:2018 and corporate system requirements.
- Oversight and maintenance of OHS team SharePoint Connect and Collaboration Pages
- Development of OHS campaign materials
- Risk assessment and control measures.
- Coordination of OHS Committee processes and administration
- Assist with project and site-specific documentation.
- Assist with providing support and guidance on all team topics,
- Coordination of inspections, requirements record management of reports and findings including data analysis of information.
- Assistance with Incident investigation requirements record management of reports and findings including data analysis of information.
- Producing management reports, presentation, newsletters, and bulletins.
- Coordination of accreditation and competency requirements.
- Coordination of internal management system auditing.
- Coordination of Service Now incident management.
- Liaising with other support and operational teams to maintain effective record management.
- Assist with process improvement plans.
- Handling of site issues and coordination of corrective action plans.
- OHS Internal audits.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certification
- Highly developed IT skills and literacy SharePoint and Collaboration site experience
- Reasonable understanding of HSE topics
- Attributes Excellent interpersonal skills in communication, motivation, negotiation, and arbitration.
- Excellent IT skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, intranet)Literate including the grammatical correctness and structure of written communications.
- Results orientated, able to make things happen.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, internally and within customer organizations
- Able to use sound analytic problem-solving background to shape, influence and deliver projects.
