Founding Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Deep AI Systems

Tecurcity is assembling a small, high-caliber founding engineering team in Bengaluru to build groundbreaking applied Large Language Model (LLM) systems end-to-end. This is a unique opportunity for engineers who are passionate about understanding LLMs under the hood, optimizing for latency and architecture trade-offs, and prefer building robust systems over just conceptualizing them. We are seeking individuals ready to take on a "build-the-engine" role, not merely feature integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing LLM systems, including fine-tuning techniques (e.g., PEFT, LoRA, adapters).
• Conducting rigorous model evaluation and benchmarking.
• Optimizing inference (e.g., using vLLM, quantization, batching) and designing GPU-aware architectures.
• Developing robust backend systems, APIs, and database solutions.
• Engaging in full-stack product development, from frontend to backend to infrastructure.
• Shipping real, impactful AI products to end-users.
