Architect

Flad Architects, a leading national architectural firm based in San Diego, CA, is seeking a talented Architect to join our collaborative and creative team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the planning and execution of diverse projects, mentor emerging talent, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality architectural solutions. You will be instrumental in guiding projects from their initial conceptualization through to final completion, maintaining rigorous schedules and budgets. The Architect will also play a key role in construction management, conducting site visits, fostering effective communication, and meticulously managing documentation. A significant aspect of this position involves coordinating the specification component of contract documents and integrating it seamlessly with the construction process. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing compelling presentation materials, including drawings and models, and actively participating in client presentations to articulate and advocate for innovative design ideas and solutions.
