Required Skills

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Node.js, React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug web application issues.
• Basic knowledge of databases, preferably MongoDB or MySQL.
• Familiarity with APIs and basic server handling.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for web and software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve frontend (HTML, CSS, React) and backend (Node.js) issues.
• Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Assist in deployment support and minor feature updates.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain support documentation and ticket records.
• Guide clients on technical queries and product usage.

Eligibility

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Work From Office in Newtown is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
