Responsibilities

• Delivering quality tax products using general tax knowledge and assistance from senior professionals.
• Contributing to profitable growth by ensuring efficient client engagement execution.
• Executing assigned tasks according to firm methodologies, guidance, and professional standards.
• Utilizing electronic working papers and software applications for efficient research.
• Maintaining updated technical knowledge and applying it to moderately complex situations.
• Analyzing data to produce advisory/compliance tax products, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Checking documents for tax inspections where applicable.
• Demonstrating professionalism and maintaining client confidentiality.
• Adhering to EY's code of conduct, values, and quality standards.
• Contributing to the team by understanding EY methodologies and tools and actively seeking assignments.
• Willingness to travel.

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate and/or postgraduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM.
• Cleared both groups of IPCC.
• 1-2 years of experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow commercial and legal requirements.
• Practical approach to problem-solving and delivering insightful solutions.
• Agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and the ability to sustain positive energy.
• Adaptability and creativity.
