Key Responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Help the Tax team deliver quality products using tax knowledge. Contribute to profitable growth by ensuring efficient client engagements.
Operational Excellence / Day to day responsibilities
- Execute assigned work in accordance with firm methodologies, guidance, and professional standards.
- Use electronic working papers and software applications for research.
- Demonstrate competence in technical knowledge and compliance processes.
- Analyze and convert data into a tax product (advisory/compliance).
- Thoroughly check documents for tax inspections.
- Demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality.
- Contribute to team success by understanding EY methodologies and tools.
- Willingness to travel.
Skills and Attributes
To qualify for the role you must have a graduate and/or post graduate degree, preferably MBA or PGDM and have cleared both groups of IPCC and have 1-2 years of proir experience. We look for collaborative individuals with a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful solutions. Agility, curiosity, and adaptability are key.
