- One (1) year of full-time equivalent work experience in building construction or building maintenance performing skilled or semi-skilled duties including carpentry, plumbing, construction, or electrical work

- Ability to sit, stand, balance, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, turn, climb, twist, crawl, and reach
