AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to lead data-driven insights and innovation for commercial and operational projects. This role involves collaboration with data scientists and engineers and focuses on designing and implementing key components of the Machine Learning Platform and related business use cases.

• Design and develop ML automation tools using the AWS ecosystem.
• Build data pipelines for ML models using Spark and Flink (real-time and batch).
• Support large-scale model training and serving in a distributed and scalable environment.
• Stay current with cloud-native and ML Ops/engineering developments, experimenting with technologies like NumPy and microservices architecture.
• Optimize and deploy generative AI/LLM models, evaluating their performance and managing the lifecycle through LLMOps.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Generative AI, Engineering, or a related field.
• Software engineering experience with Python, Go, Java, Scala, Kotlin, or C/C++.
• Experience in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred), including Kubernetes, Docker, ECS, and EKS.
• Experience with Big Data technologies like Spark, Flink, and SQL programming.
• Experience with cloud-native DevOps, CI/CD, and FastAPI or similar Python framework for microservices.
• Experience with Generative AI/LLMs.
• Familiarity with data science methodologies and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow).
