Qualifications
Experience Level: Mid Level
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related discipline is required
- 3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on code generation and software development
- Hands-on with AI-powered tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma, MCP, v0.app, etc.)
- Strong understanding of software development principles
- Proficiency with C#, .NET, OpenAPI, Python, PyTorch, Docker, Git, Microservices, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, data handling, and databases like Postgres, MS SQL Server
- Proficiency in at least one cloud platform like Azure, AWS or GCP
- Proficiency with datasets / databases and understanding of the SDLC cycle
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, curiosity, and a passion for innovation
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where experimentation is valued

You will be instrumental in designing and developing advanced software solutions, leveraging cutting-edge AI development tooling. Your role will involve building applications with AI coding tools, AI agents, and low-code platforms to maximize development velocity. You'll also integrate AI-driven and low-code solutions with existing systems and databases, ensuring seamless functionality. When custom functionality is required, you'll utilize AI code generation. Collaboration with product managers and stakeholders is key to gathering requirements and shaping product strategy through prototypes. Continuous improvement is essential; stay abreast of the latest AI and machine learning advancements to refine AI code generation processes. Excellent communication skills are needed to articulate complex AI and programming concepts to diverse audiences.
