As an Agile Project Manager at Astound Commerce in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for incorporating the organization's Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) regarding planning, managing, and controlling project and product quality requirements to meet stakeholder objectives. You will tailor processes to meet project goals and ensure timely information management.
- Manage project information and ensure its timely handling.
- Ensure team and equipment availability.
- Provide status reporting, progress measurement, and forecasting.
- Develop and post project artifacts, conduct regular reviews.
- Coordinate activities and communications with the project team and client. Facilitate daily standups and demos.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and engage them in project decisions.
- Conduct regular stakeholder interactions to mitigate risks.
- Generate a high-level forecast of project labor costs.
- Utilize short cycles, iterative scheduling, and on-demand, pull-based scheduling.
- Monitor and measure iteration/project performance against baselines.
- Perform retrospectives and lessons learned.
- Identify, analyze, and manage project risks.
- Perform frequent reviews of incremental work products.
- Build a collaborative decision-making environment and ensure adaptability to changes.
- Ensure that all new requirements are acted on.
- Inform stakeholders of approved changes and costs.
- Define and refine scope/product backlog throughout iterations.
- Develop resource calendars.
- Identify, acquire, and manage resources.
- Track team member performance and provide feedback.
- Improve team competencies and overall environment to enhance project performance.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of project management experience in software development projects.
- Good understanding of Agile Practice Guide.
- 2-3 years leading a team in an Agile environment.
- Experience with at least one Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Practical experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective project team leadership.
- Flexibility, self-motivation, and result focus.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Good to Have:
