This vital role involves managing routine clerical and administrative tasks, expertly handling calendar coordination and scheduling, and providing comprehensive support to diverse stakeholders through professional correspondence and report generation.

Key responsibilities include developing intricate workflow charts, spreadsheets, databases, macros, and templates; crafting professional reports, presentations, meeting minutes, letters, memos, and forms; meticulously managing calendars, orchestrating meetings, and preparing necessary agendas and supporting materials. The successful candidate will also be responsible for addressing and resolving phone inquiries, prioritizing issues, and efficiently routing calls. Serving as a primary point of contact for various internal and external audiences, this role requires the independent composition of email and other forms of correspondence. Additionally, the position involves conducting research, compiling data, and preparing presentations and reports for leadership review, as well as coordinating and producing status reports, project reports, and other informational documents related to special projects. Financial oversight includes monitoring the department budget, summarizing financial reports, tracking expenditures, preparing purchase orders and check requests, and assisting in budget development. Other duties as assigned will also be part of this comprehensive role.
