Full Job Description

Directive Consulting, a premier performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies, seeks an experienced Account Strategist, Paid Media to join our remote US team. In this role, you will lead and oversee paid media accounts, serving as a direct point of contact for clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize campaign performance, ensuring client success and ROI. This includes managing client communication, collaborating with vendors, building quarterly strategies, creating and managing paid media budgets across multiple channels, and deeply understanding client positioning and unique value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead a portfolio of Paid Media accounts.
  • Serve as direct support and primary contact for client stakeholders.
  • Maintain weekly communication with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and process improvements.
  • Drive referrals through strong client relationships and professional networking.
  • Develop and present quarterly strategic plans for clients.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across various channels.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client positioning and unique value propositions.
  • Ensure accurate lead routing within CRM systems.
  • Understand the strategic value and application of Programmatic campaigns.
  • Manage personal productivity and utilization to meet performance targets.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client goals.
  • Execute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency.
  • Proven experience working with B2B SaaS/Tech clients in an agency setting.
  • Deep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
