Account Manager Employee Benefits

Acrisure, a leading global fintech company, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager specializing in Employee Benefits in Pierre, SD. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for all client service needs, focusing on delivering high-quality customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing team operations, coordinating with Account Associates, providing coaching, assisting Producers and Account Executives, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. You will identify trends, implement process improvements, and act as the day-to-day customer contact, troubleshooting issues and guiding clients towards success. The role also involves managing new business, renewals, and daily client changes, driving client retention, account rounding, and referrals. You will oversee the pre-renewal process, coordinate marketing plans, and ensure accurate proposal creation. Additionally, you will review quotes for accuracy, negotiate with underwriters, and meticulously manage the renewal bind process and file documentation to minimize E&O exposure.
