Full Job Description

iA American Warranty Group, a proud member of the iA Financial Group, one of North America's largest insurance and wealth management organizations, is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive. This role is pivotal in cultivating and nurturing client relationships, delivering customized warranty solutions, and significantly contributing to revenue growth through the acquisition of new business opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients via cold calling, networking, and referrals; developing and managing a strong pipeline of qualified leads; creating and executing effective sales strategies for market penetration and target achievement; analyzing market trends and competitor activities; managing dealership Finance/Sales processes to ensure exceptional customer experiences and leading CSI scores; generating profitable F&I product income across multiple dealerships; maintaining targeted penetration levels for all offered F&I benefits; embracing and mastering the iA F&I/Sales process for continuous personal and professional development; executing the trained F&I Manager turn process in assigned stores; assisting stores in developing and implementing effective pay plans; demonstrating and training the iA American F&I/Sales process by participating in customer "ups" and closing car deals; conducting quarterly in-person reviews of dealer reinsurance/production statements; performing monthly reviews of dealer financial statements to identify opportunities and concerns; ensuring PRU and penetration goals are met and exceeded; partnering with the national training team to deliver sales process training and support sales goal achievement; cultivating relationships and production in current accounts to secure referrals for new F&I business; ensuring F&I Managers adhere to trained processes to maximize store profitability and penetrations; assisting dealerships with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training management positions; conducting regular store visits for training, F&I turns, sales department development, and opportunity maximization; aiding dealerships in fostering productive relationships with customers and lenders; and providing guidance, support, and motivation to automotive retail employees to maximize their potential and growth. This role requires front-end automotive knowledge, at least three years of experience as an F&I leader in a dealership or agency, a willingness to travel up to 50%, a proven sales hunter track record, strong prospecting and closing skills, and excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
