Qualifications
Experience Level: Senior Level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years demonstrated experience selling solutions to local government or related entities
- Knowledge of proactive prospecting at the financial decision-making level
- Understanding of financial statements and operating budgets
- Strong presenter and expert level of MS PowerPoint
- Must be able to produce a persuasive proposal through exceptional writing skills as required for all RFP's and RFQ's
- Ability to travel up to 50% (may include 20% overnight travel) to client sites and industry events, car allowance is included

SitelogIQ, a rapidly expanding energy and facility services firm dedicated to enhancing building performance, seeks a motivated Account Executive to join our team in San Luis Obispo, CA. This role focuses on engaging the local government sector, offering financial and energy solutions designed to optimize client budgets and deliver guaranteed, measurable results. You will be instrumental in driving the entire sales process, from initial research and territory/vertical market planning to identifying and qualifying opportunities, and executing sales strategies to exceed annual quotas. Key responsibilities include proactive prospecting via cold calling, networking, and social media, acting as the lead for solution development teams to meet client and internal deadlines, cultivating and maintaining executive-level relationships, collaborating effectively with the Business Development team, and diligently managing the sales pipeline within our CRM.
