Join Justworks as an Account Executive and drive sales growth within the vibrant Denver, Colorado market. This is an in-territory role where you will manage the full sales cycle, cultivating a robust sales pipeline and building strong relationships within Denver's small business community. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee your dedicated book of business, from prospecting to closing, to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Establish a strong presence in the Denver territory by researching market dynamics and developing strategic marketing and networking plans.
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through market research, sales tools, and targeted cold outreach.
- Articulate Justworks' value proposition clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
- Act as a voice for future customers, contributing innovative sales ideas, nurturing leads, and advocating for product improvements.
- Become a product expert and an ambassador for Justworks and its comprehensive HR solutions.
- Travel within the Denver and Greater Denver area to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Contribute to departmental and organizational goals as needed.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive, with at least 1 year in managing and closing a consultative sales cycle.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation within high-velocity environments (e.g., SaaS, PEO, Fintech).
- Proficiency with essential sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or ZoomInfo.
