Full Job Description

Mihlfeld & Associates, a prominent leader in the Transportation Data Management service industry, seeks a motivated Account Executive to join our Springfield, MO team. This role is vital for driving new business acquisition by guiding prospective clients through their buyer's journey. You will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships, securing new agreements, and ensuring a seamless transition of clients to our dedicated Account Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly travel to your assigned territory biweekly to conduct introductory and follow-up meetings with prospective clients.
  • Articulate the distinct benefits and cost-saving advantages of our Transportation Management services to potential clients.
  • Engage prospects with diligence and patience throughout their decision-making process, guiding them towards signed agreements.
  • Adhere to our established sales process to ensure effective client onboarding and successful acquisition.
  • Leverage a company-managed inside sales department for prospecting support, while still actively participating in business development within your territory.
  • Conduct research and network within your territory, actively participating in relevant organizations to connect with qualified prospective clients.
  • Maintain your sales pipeline and prospect data diligently in HubSpot, adhering to company standards.
  • Consistently meet or exceed your sales quota by acquiring new clients and securing agreements.
