Windows C++ Developer

Join our team developing software that measures internet activity on over 100,000 computers worldwide. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust, scalable solutions leveraging C/C++ for our Windows-based meters. You'll lead development efforts, mentor team members, and shape the technical direction of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build new features in our Windows-based software meter.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Ensure continuous integration and delivery of features, improvements, and bug fixes.
• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize applications for remote installation.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Implement security best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of Windows client development experience with C/C++.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Other desirable skills:

• Knowledge of networking principles and security best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript, PAW/CSS.
