Job Title: Trainer – MERN Full-Stack Developer (with Python & .NET Experience)

Location: Velachery, Chennai.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer & trainer skilled in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) with additional expertise in Python (Django/Flask) and .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC).
The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical sessions, mentoring students, and preparing them for real-world IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive classroom and online training sessions on MERN Full Stack, Python Full Stack, and .NET Full Stack technologies.
• Design and update course materials, projects, and assignments based on current industry trends.
• Guide and mentor students on project development and career paths.
• Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest development tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training delivery.

Required Technical Skills:

MERN Stack:

• MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js
• RESTful APIs, JWT Authentication, Redux, Hooks

Python Stack:

• Python (Core & Advanced), Django / Flask Framework
• Database Integration, REST APIs

.NET Stack:

• C#, ASP.NET / .NET Core, MVC Architecture
• SQL Server, Entity Framework

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Git & GitHub
• Cloud basics (AWS / Azure)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & version control
