Tech Lead - Full Stack

• Requirements:
• 6+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python (Django) and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular and React).
• Experience with legacy code (AngularJS 1.x, jQuery) is a plus.
• Good understanding of databases and infrastructure.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to explain technical concepts to different teams.
• Passion for engineering best practices and clean, maintainable code.
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
