Job Overview
Emplay is seeking a Team Lead Agentic AI Automation Engineer to lead the end-to-end delivery of AI automation use cases. This is a remote, full-time position with a salary range of 16-27 Lakhs per annum. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, and team mentorship within the fast-growing field of agentic AI automation.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into AI workflows and technical components.
- Delegate tasks and manage team responsibilities.
- Oversee solution design, ensuring scalability and client alignment.
- Review deliverables for quality and adherence to standards.
- Manage risks and act as an escalation point.
- Lead client discussions and solution walkthroughs.
- Mentor and train team members.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in AI automation or related fields.
- Experience leading teams and managing technical projects.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or vector databases.
- Experience in agile/scrum environments.
