Job Overview: Staff Engineer - Software-Automation & DevOps

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a DevOps Automation Engineer for our Pune, Maharashtra, India location. Join our world-class team and help architect a secure foundation for the enterprise browser landscape. You'll be a pioneer in shaping the core of our Chromium-based enterprise browser.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive continuous improvement in build, test, and deployment strategies.
• Scale, optimize, and maintain infrastructure for the browser development lifecycle.
• Monitor CI/CD system performance.
• Implement and enforce security best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of total experience.
• 2+ years in CI/CD, automation, or DevOps engineering.
• Experience with GitLab CI preferred.
• Proficient in scripting (Python preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or GCP).
• Experience with Terraform.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
