Specialist DevOps Engineer

NICE is seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This role is critical for automating, managing, and enhancing our infrastructure and CI/CD processes, particularly within a complex cloud environment. The ideal candidate will excel in AWS, Jenkins pipelines, shell scripting, and possess programming proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure.
• Develop automation scripts using shell scripting and programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
• Implement and maintain configuration management practices.
• Document processes and configurations.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
• Occasional weekend or after-hours work.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 9 years of experience in DevOps or a related role.
• Strong experience managing complex AWS Environments (ECS, EC2, VPCs, ALB, Lambda, CloudFront, CloudWatch, RDS).
• Proficiency in Terraform and optionally CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins pipelines.
• Proficiency in either shell scripting or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Go).
• Experience with Git.
• Experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch or Prometheus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
